We are an Urban Running Crew founded in autumn 2015 by runners who had their own vision of a running community. We do weekly runs and weekend events, we party, hang out, drink Kölsch and most importantly - run and train together.
We also travel to races to meet people who share our passion and we host events for the Cologne marathon. We are not a club - we are family and friends. We run the streets of Cologne and we love running. We are RUN SQUAD CGN!
